Price List to Excel

I have a digital‐PDF price list that needs to be re-typed into an editable Excel workbook. The spreadsheet should follow the exact same layout as the PDF—same column order, headings, sub-headings, line sequence, and any notes that appear on the pages. Accuracy is paramount: every product code, description, unit size, and price must match the source precisely. If anything in the PDF is unclear, add a brief remark in a separate comments column instead of guessing so I can review it later. Please do not paste images; I need clean, selectable text in each cell.
