Hi - As you mentioned the exception part is going to be the difficult one and we also need to leave out the articles (a, an, the) if they appear in middle of a sentence. My approach would be to use a VBA macro that runs through the list. It has to be bit of an iterative process where doubtful ones are spit out. From the doubtful list we need to build an exception list based on which the appropriate modification will be performed. I will give you the macro, but for any future runs you will fine tune the set of exceptions. Thanks.

You have already spotted the real problem — PROPER breaks on exceptions — but the list is longer than USA and eBay, and it is worth knowing what else it quietly ruins. PROPER lowercases anything after the first letter, so iPhone becomes Iphone and eBay becomes Ebay. It capitalises after every apostrophe, so O'Brien is fine but John's becomes John'S. It breaks Scottish and Irish names — McDonald becomes Mcdonald, MacLeod becomes Macleod. Roman numerals collapse, so Henry III becomes Henry Iii. And in location fields it flattens the small words that convention keeps lower — Rio de Janeiro, Stratford-upon-Avon. Since you want something repeatable rather than a one-off clean, I would build it in Power Query with an exceptions table sitting in the workbook. Title case is applied as the base rule, then anything in the exceptions list is restored to its correct form — USA, eBay, iPhone, your brand and product names, the abbreviations specific to your data. The point of that structure is that the exceptions table is yours. Next month a new brand appears in the data, you add one row, refresh, and it is handled.
