Hi, your PDF and Word files landing in one Excel sheet, in the columns you name, with the text matching the source exactly. Errors creep in on the long runs, not the first hour, so the check matters more than the typing. How I'd do it: pull the text out of the digital files with a parser instead of retyping it, map each field into your column layout, then read every row back against the source page. Whatever the parser mangles I type by hand. Spelling and spacing stay as they are in the original. How many pages in the first batch?
