I am looking for either (1) food consultant with a culinary degree or (2) an individual with many years of cooking experience to help me develop 6 - 8 recipes that would be the base of an Italian food menu. The focus of these recipes will be pasta.
The ideal candidate will live in New Jersey and will also be able to prepare these meals for tasting purposes.

I am looking for help with developing 6 - 8 recipes that would be the base of an Italian food menu. The focus of these recipes will be 100% fresh pasta. During the course of this project we will work together to create multiple pasta recipes that will have a wide range of appeal, be easy to prepare and be nutritiously aware (no 1200 calories meals)
The ideal candidate for this role will live in New Jersey and will also be able to prepare these meals for tasting purposes and small parties. I am looking for someone with creativity and a passion for food. My preference for a candidate will have one or more of the following
(1) A culinary degree (not required)
(2) 5 years of cooking experience
(3) Available to start work within 2 weeks
(4) Creative with flavors & plating food
