Job Description: Media & Marketing Manager (United States)
Compensation: To be discussed based on experience and hours.
Media & Marketing Manager: To oversee and manage the outreach, brand awareness, and growth in the marketing department of Herbal Papaya and Herbal Graviola brands; and to focus heavily on finding and turning leads into conversions. To work directly with the marketing associates, and sales and business development departments to create and maintain the growth and ensure ROIs for the company.
Drive and oversee aggressive social media growth & engagement. Explore new social media platforms. Research and write bi-monthly blog posts and newsletters and promote on all social media platforms.
Direct outreach to influencers, including editors, bloggers + celebrities to get the word out about Herbal Papaya and Herbal Graviola.
Responsible for creating media and marketing partnerships.
Research and implement new technology to improve effectiveness and efficiency of marketing efforts.
Manage and promote giveaways, sponsored posts, social media shout outs, product review posts. Manage sample box creation & mail-outs.
Direct outreach for guest blog series on the Herbal Papaya blog and outreach for editorials, podcast advertising, and magazine advertising, etc.
Oversee Google Adwords, Analytics and Google Merchant Accounts. Create press releases and follow-up with media connections.
Seek out additional ways to increase brand awareness through influencer platforms, apps, and others.
Responsible for video marketing campaigns. Create video outreach scripts and supervise marketing videos. Brainstorm and create holiday sales promotions and communication.
Manage email campaigns and automations. Supervise creation of graphics designs and banner concepts for all events and publications.
Create forecasts and manage marketing budget keeping it updated weekly.
Manage and oversee editorial calendars. Manage company coupons to help increase sales.
Stay in touch with trends to drive innovative and novel marketing efforts for Herbal Papaya
Marketing degree and/or 4 years experience in a marketing or media-related field.
2 years at a management position in a similar role.
Must be eligible to work in the US.
Must be creative, artistic and have a keen attention to detail.
Savvy in MailChimp + Agile CRM
Experience with outreach to influencers in social media
Comfortable in brainstorming graphic design concepts for banners and product labeling.
Knowledgeable in social media growth, engagement, and all of the best and up and coming social apps.
Punctual with work and diligent in tasks
Confident in turning leads into conversions. Able to come up with a clear action plan and marketing strategy for each segment of the department.
