We are an IT company that is now planning to venture into code training for beginners. We need content for our website which will be used in other materials too like the brochures and other marketing materials.
Business model:
Our target audience for the code training is absolute beginners - mostly college and university students or fresh graduates who want to get into IT or are curious about it and are wondering if coding (programming) is the right thing for them.
Our courses are tailored for this segment and are thus very beginner friendly. Our aim is to bring new comers.
For the serious career builder among the new-comers, we offer a launchpad and for those who doubt if they will be able to do programming or if programming suits them, we offer a friendly introduction that really engages them and draws them in rather than puts them off with jargon.
Our slogan is "The best way to learn is by doing" and hence we deliver our training in small sized chunks that are very practical.
We offer training in the form of camps - weekend camps at our premises and also after-hours camps in their own colleges and universities.
We also offer code camps in schools for young learners from grade 9 onwards.
The content that you will write is from 2 different perspectives:
1 From the perspective of students - to motivate them to join our camps.
2 From the perspective of franchisees. This content would be on a totally different section of our website. The audience for this is business persons and educationists who want to use our business model to conduct workshops and camps in their city.
We would give them our curriculum and also help them in getting trainers. We would provide them with marketing guidelines and also training for their staff initially.
Authorized franchisees would be mentioned on our website and would be able to use our brand name and also benefit from our social media campaigns.
We need written content for both the above. The content should be highly motivating in both cases. For the franchisee we would add the spreadsheet for calculated projections of income and expenditure for the franchisee. We need the rest from you.
Long reads are boring and it is important that you break down the written material into sub headings and smaller chunks with their own section headlines.
The material is for marketing and hence we need the content written in an ad copy style. You could add on stock images from shutterstock to illustrate your points. You can use watermarked images for now and we will replace them with actual images that we will buy from shutterstock later when we go into production.
