To write text for voice over of an animated video

Project Description: Voice over text to explain a (risk management) concept to attract people to this system used to make an animated video. ([login to view URL]) start explaning the "old" situation of insurance companies (how it is now)that take your money and find ways not to pay your claims only serving the shareholders, directors and their bonusses, employee's salaries and broker's percentage, buildings, lease cars etc. (what you can think of..) If you have a claim they deduct money and increase your premium for next year or tell you you are under insured or need original invoice etc. etc. Now (R)-evolutionary system VIQ3 brings new concept PTTP (power to the people!) We all share the risks! (system cannot be called insurance, because there are no contracts, money is only paid if there is a claim of one of the participants...(It is called risk management) And there are no additional costs, only small yearly fee to maintain the system. How does it work? person A (you!) need to find 3 (reliable) persons preferably within 3 days (who then become like person A) to find 3 persons etc. etc. (1-3-9-27-81-243-729-2187 after 3 weeks... every person indicates to their person A, the total amount that they want to cover (e.g. 50.000,- for an aeroplane and 10.000,- for a car etc.) The 3 persons pay 1% of that amount that they want to cover to person's A account (this also is a proof of coverage!) person A keeps the money secure for the event there is a claim in the group. If there is a claim, then every person A pays an equal share from the amount covered to pay for the claim. This amount is initially paid by every person A and only after at least 3 persons have acknowledged that claim.. After that every person levels the original amount (1%) to their person A, to maintain their coverage. If there are more claims the procedure repeats itself. If there are no claims the money stays in the account of all A persons. If somebody wants to quit he can ask his money back at person A, who finds another person in place. The system only works if there are enough participants and can only start whith a minimum of participants after 7 steps! 2187x100,- =218700,-! so when there are 2000 participants, a claim of 200.000,- could be covered by paying 100,- each! (this should show in the animation!) 200 people could cover claims of upto 20.000,- (200x100,-!) Normally an insurance company will take upto 4% of 200.000,- = 8000,-! (you could have upto 80 members in the group with a claim like that) In principle all claims are honoured, however the system is built on trust (no law or judges accepted, only members decide!) So only the claims are paid and a small yearly fee to maintain the system. (false claim and you risk being exempted from the system) Money stays with the members, everybody is responsible for 3 members and should be available to investigate claims if they are in their vicinity. The aim for the system is to make people relaxed so they can be healthier and do not need to argue for getting money when things happen....
