I need a trainer who can guide our client’s employees—most of whom already work at beginner to intermediate level—a a structured OpenText eDocs class for the existing system with a plan for more training after implementation of InfoCenter incorporating iManage features. The sessions should move quickly past the absolute basics yet still offer a concise refresher for new hires so everyone starts on common ground. Core subjects I want covered are: • Basic navigation and daily usage of both Docs and InfoCenter • Creating, managing, and properly classifying documents • Built-in collaboration tools for real-time teamwork and version control One person will deliver all modules to the full group; a small Hawaii law firm. Prefer continuity in style, examples, and Q&A flow. Materials should be practical, with hands-on exercises we can reuse later for onboarding. Recording permission for internal replay is also important.
