I need an energetic marketer to help Wellwisher Education and Social Welfare Society, Sagar reach more people and convert that reach into real donations. The plan revolves around two fronts: consistent social media campaigning and a handful of on-ground local events that reinforce the online message. Online, you will be working across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. I want a steady calendar of videos, images and engaging text posts that highlight our registered NGO’s impact, tell donor stories, and drive visitors straight to our donation link. Creative scripting, basic video editing and eye-catching graphics should all come together in a way that feels authentic rather than salesy. Offline, I’m looking for guidance in organising small but high-visibility events in and around Sagar—anything from awareness booths to mini fund-raisers—that mirror the online themes and give supporters a face-to-face touchpoint. Deliverables • 1-month content calendar with outlined post objectives • A complete set of videos, images and copy ready for scheduling • Simple paid-ad strategy (if advisable) for Facebook & Instagram to boost the strongest posts • Event concept note, checklist and promotional materials for at least one local event • End-of-campaign report summarising reach, engagement and donation uptick Success for me is a measurable rise in both online engagement and actual funds raised, so clear analytics tracking is essential.
