London Speaking Event - Videography & Photography

I’m hosting a 90-minute guest-speaker presentation in Holborn, Central London, on 13 September 2025 and need a professional who can capture the energy of the room in both video and stills. From 10:30 a.m. until roughly 1:00 p.m. (including Q&A) I’ll be on stage engaging with the audience; my priority is to walk away with dynamic footage of that interaction and a set of images that make viewers feel as if they were seated in the crowd. Here’s what I’m after: wide shots that show the full house, close-ups that spotlight key reactions, and plenty of moments of me speaking. The final video highlights should feel casual and energetic—perfect for quick drops on social media and my website—while still looking polished enough for press kits. Deliverables I’d like to receive shortly after the event: • 20–30 edited, high-resolution photographs ready for web and print • 3–5 short, edited clips (each 30–60 seconds) suitable for social platforms • All raw photos and video files on a shared drive for download If you’re reliable, have solid event experience, and can work comfortably in a live setting without disrupting the flow, I’d love to see your portfolio.
