About Us: We are a 20 year old company in the construction and solar industry seeking a Social Media Specialist who understands the US market and can help us scale our online presence. Responsibilities: Set up and manage Instagram and Facebook bots (chatbots, auto-replies, lead capture flows). Create and optimize campaigns tailored to the US construction/solar audience. Manage and schedule social media content across platforms. Edit short-form videos (Reels, ads, stories) and add AI voiceovers for professional polish. Develop automated DM campaigns, engagement funnels, and lead-generation workflows. Track campaign results and suggest improvements. Requirements: Proven experience with Instagram & Facebook automation tools (ManyChat, MobileMonkey, etc.). Knowledge of US marketing trends (construction, real estate, or solar strongly preferred). Video editing skills (basic to intermediate) and experience with AI voice tools. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and audience targeting. Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred: Prior work in the construction or solar industry (ads, lead-gen campaigns, social media).
