Clerk of Works for London Hotel

I'm seeking an experienced Clerk of Works for a hotel project in Central London over the next 12 months. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor quality of finishing works and MEP, ensuring compliance with hotel project specifications. - Report progress, highlighting defects or deviations. - Coordinate with subcontractors for timely task delivery. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Prior Clerk of Works or Site Inspector experience, preferably on hotel or commercial fit-out projects. - Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and finishing standards. - Proficient in producing clear written reports in English. Work Schedule: - Monday to Friday - 7.5 hours per day
