As discussed before, we are looking to set up the following:
1. Our contact center is running VICI Dailer on Asterisk PBX
2. Our partner is running another Asterisk Installation
3. The partner has opened their firewall to our IP
4. The partner created a SIP trunk
We need to create a new agent group on our VICI dialer (for outbound contact center) that would connect to the partner PBX using the new SIP trunk and dial out to their clients.
