Hi, took a look at the radio QC inspection scope. The "physical damage / colour inconsistency / missing components" check is a textbook anomaly-detection problem — works best when we have ~50–100 sample images per defect class to train on, plus a few hundred good-baseline images. Approach we'd take: a small Python desktop tool with a live camera feed, YOLOv8 for component-presence detection (missing parts) and Anomalib for the colour/damage anomaly side. NG/OK overlay on each frame, plus a CSV log of inspections so QC can audit later.
