He entrenado y ajustado modelos en PyTorch con datasets personalizados, implementando tracking cuadro a cuadro, validación con métricas mAP/IoU y optimización para mantener 30 fps en hardware limitado. Propondría un flujo basado en YOLO11n con fine-tuning específico para la aguja como clase prioritaria, segmentación asistida por máscaras cuando sea necesario, tracking con ByteTrack o similar, y optimización mediante TensorRT o ONNX para reducir latencia.
