The initial problem was the it was spilled thick milk in the keyboard and the "f"-key was stuck in on-position most of the time, so keyboard was writing "ffff" by itself.
To avoid this, it was tried to install a different keyboard driver, one that was not on purpose compatible.
But after this install, the PC would not boot.
The goal of this project is to get the PC to boot.
When PC is started now this screen is displayed:
"Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart...."
Then this is shown before PC continues: "Preparing Automatic Repair"
Then this is shown before pC continues: "Diagnosting PC"
Then this is shown:
"Automatic Repair. Your PC did not start correctly"
Two options: "Restart" and "Advanced options"
"Advanced Options"-button is pushed using USB-keyboard
Then "Choose an option" screen is displayed with 4 options, the following option is selected:
Three new options are displayed
"Refresh your PC" - this was tried and did not help
"Reset your PC" - this is not an alternative as it is not desired to remove all existing files
"Advanced Options" was then selected.
6 options are now displayed
System Restore - is not possible since I did not record a restore point
System Image Recovery - did not use this
Start-up Repair - did not work
Command Prompt - Works, attached USB-stick and it shows up as G:\, was able to copy files using this option.
Went to the relevant folder and typed:
copy *.* G:\
UEFI firmware settings
"bios"-mode, tried Touch pad mouse: Disabled, was not able to disable keyboard. Did not help to disable just mouse pad.
Start-up Settings - Selected "Enable Safe Mode", but it did not boot, not "Enable Safe Mode with command prompt" would boot either.
Enable Boot logging -> Also got "Your PC ran into a problem...."
It was also tried to open the laptop and try to disconnect the keyboard, but the on/off button seemed to be using the same connection as the keyboard so the PC would not turn on.
This is the error message that is displayed during startup:
Can keyboard driver be rolled back/installed from command line?
PNPUTIL is not possible to run, but DISM can be used, I found this via google:
I found the following command, which helped: dism /Image:C:\ /Add-Driver /Driver:D:\ /Recurse. This assumes that your Windows is installed at C:\ and the disk with the driver is present at D:\. This appears to even work, if the disk contains drivers for different architectures (x86 and x64) and operating system versions (XP, 7, ...).
Keyboard driver is part of the chipset driver which I downloaded:
I don't know how to proceed.

There is a protection between the keyboard and the conductive tape. So the milk will not enter the circuit board. You need to follow few things to troubleshoot the device.
