I'm seeking a skilled evaluator to assess a residential property's (65 Bethany Road, Rolleston) structural integrity in regard to dwelling alterations and installed heat pump. The evaluation should include a compliance check with local building codes. Building Consent 202127 was completed and signed off by Sinotek Engineering. He previously owned this house and signed off on the work himself. My solicitor has advised me to seek an independent review to determine if it was completed to a satisfactory standard.
