Job Announcement: AML/CTF Compliance & AUSTRAC Registration Assistance (Australia) Description: We are seeking an experienced compliance consultant or firm to assist with the establishment of our financial services business in Australia. The role involves handling entity setup, AUSTRAC registration, and the development of a tailored AML/CTF compliance program. Scope of Work: • Incorporate an Australian entity with ASIC • Prepare and submit AUSTRAC registration • Develop a customised AML/CTF compliance program (Part A & Part B) • Assist with opening an Australian corporate bank account Requirements: • Proven experience with AUSTRAC registration and AML/CTF programs • Strong knowledge of Australian financial compliance laws and reporting obligations • Experience with ASIC incorporations and corporate bank account setups • Ability to provide guidance on shareholder and director requirements Deliverables & Timeline: • AUSTRAC application submission within 3 weeks of engagement • Fully tailored AML/CTF program (Part A & Part B) • Corporate bank account opened upon entity registration What We’re Looking For: A reliable and knowledgeable compliance partner who can guide us through setup, ensure we meet AUSTRAC/ASIC requirements, and provide a smooth onboarding process in Australia.
