The appointment must be conducted at the candidate’s home rather than a clinic or office, and you will confirm identity using the applicant’s company-issued Employee ID before the sample is taken. You will bring or receive the sealed test kit in advance, follow standard chain-of-custody procedures, package the specimen for courier pickup, and upload a clear, completed custody form plus a brief incident-free report the same day. Professional discretion, punctuality, and strict adherence to contamination-prevention protocols are essential. If you already perform DOT or ISO-compliant collections, this will feel routine; if not, please outline your certification or prior experience to show you understand temperature checks, split sampling, and secure sealing. The schedule is flexible, but once the candidate confirms a slot we must stick to it.
