I run several concurrent residential maintenance and light-construction jobs around the UK and need an organised Junior Project Manager to keep everything on track. You will take ownership of three core areas: • Scheduling and planning – build and adjust work schedules, coordinate trades, and ensure materials land on site when needed. • Client communication – act as the first point of contact for homeowners, keeping them informed, answering questions and flagging issues promptly. • Quality control – organise site photos, snag lists and follow-ups so each hand-over meets our standards. To do this you should already be comfortable using mainstream project management software alongside everyday communication tools such as Teams and email. I expect a concise daily update that covers progress, risks, next steps and any decisions I need to make. Most interaction will be remote, but being UK-based is strongly preferred because it shortens response times and means you understand local construction terminology and regulations. If you have excellent written and spoken English, a proactive mindset and a track record of coordinating small residential builds or maintenance programmes, I’d like to hear how you would slot into my workflow and add value from day one.
