While I would like to have the site in coldfusion I would consider other languages if it would mean big savings. If you plan to do it using another language please specify. You can also use a combination of languages if you can have the features all tracked between the languages.
Graphics will be designed by us, though a knowledge of flash will be required. We will be wanting button features and other things to out do our competitors which are listed in the file.
Payment will be payed on completion of the project. There will be no upfront payment. The payment for release #1 and #2(which is explained in the file) will be placed in seperate escrow accounts and released only when the project is complete.
If you plan on wanting to charge more than your bid, the contract that we would sign would then be void unless there was a SIGNIFICANT change that I would request and payment can be added upon.
If after release #1 is complete and your work is not as expected, I will have option to cancel remaining contract.
Before payment is made I will need to see a working example on your server to check that all features are correct.
If there are any bugs found in the programming, the programmer will be required to fix bugs with no extra charge.
Programmers are welcome to use existing programs and modify them to work with the specifications, such as cold bb for the bb, or any existing shopping cart that they could modify. If you are planning on using one or more programs please inform me of which ones you are looking at in your pm.

Make sure that you take a look at the file and can perform all specifications. The contract that I will submit will not allow payment unless everything listed functions to specifications and on a timeline or I will have the option to void contract. Thank You
