# AX Media — Remote Cold Caller / Appointment Setter AX Media is looking for motivated people to join our remote sales team as Cold Callers / Appointment Setters. Students can also apply. Previous experience is not mandatory. ## About the Role Your main responsibility will be to contact clinics and businesses, introduce AX Media, explain our website service briefly, identify interested prospects, and book a demo or meeting for our sales team. You will not be expected to handle the complete sales process. Your primary goal is to generate genuine interest and arrange a qualified appointment. ## Work Requirements * Remote / Work from Home * Approximately 3–5 hours of work per day * 26 working days per month * Daily target: approximately 50–150 calls * Initial 5–7 days: you may need to find relevant business leads yourself and make calls from your own phone number. * After the initial training and evaluation period, AX Media will provide a dedicated Telegram communication channel and lead sheets for your work. * Calling scripts, training material, objection-handling resources, and work instructions will be provided. ## Payment This is a performance-based commission role. You will receive **20% of the agreed commissionable amount for every successfully closed deal generated through your qualified appointment**, according to AX Media's deal and attribution terms. For example, if your successful deals generate an average commission of ₹4,000 per deal for you, then 10 successful deals would result in approximately ₹40,000 in earnings. Actual earnings depend on the number of qualified appointments, successful conversions, and the value of the deals. There is no fixed earning guarantee. ## Training Selected candidates will receive structured training covering: * Cold calling fundamentals * AX Media and our services * Calling script * Communication and confidence * How to start a conversation * Qualification and appointment booking * Objection handling * Follow-up process * Lead sheet / CRM updates * Professional calling behaviour The initial training period will be used to understand your communication, consistency, and ability to follow the process. ## Skills We Look For There are no specific educational qualifications required. You should have: * Clear communication skills * Basic Hindi/Hinglish communication ability * Basic understanding of English * Confidence while speaking on the phone * Willingness to learn * Consistency and discipline * A professional attitude * Smartphone and a stable internet connection Students, freshers, and people without previous sales experience can apply if they are willing to learn. ## Important Rules * Be respectful and professional with every prospect. * Do not make false promises or guarantee business results. * Do not offer discounts or change pricing without authorization. * Do not misrepresent AX Media or its services. * Update the status of every call accurately. * Keep all company, lead, and client information confidential. * Do not spam or repeatedly contact anyone who has clearly asked not to be contacted. * Commission is applicable only to deals that can be properly attributed to your qualified appointment according to AX Media's tracking process. ## Who Should Apply?
