I have between eleven and twenty semi-structured interview transcripts that now need careful qualitative analysis in NVivo. The transcripts are already cleaned and ready to import; what I need is systematic coding that moves from initial labels to well-defined codes and, finally, to clear themes that capture the story in the data. Your task is to: • import each transcript into NVivo (version 12 or later), • complete line-by-line open coding, collapse these into a coherent codebook, and • build higher-order themes that make analytic sense. Deliverables must include the fully saved NVivo project file, the final codebook with definitions, and a short analytic memo summarising key themes, code frequencies, and supporting quotations. Acceptance criteria: every transcript coded in full; codes consistently applied and traceable to source data; project opens with no missing files or nodes; themes clearly evidenced through queries or reference counts. I’ll share the anonymised transcripts as soon as we start and I’d like the analysis wrapped up within a week. Let me know if anything is unclear—otherwise, I look forward to seeing your qualitative insight turn these interviews into actionable themes.
