Really simple OS X App - Mouse Speed Toggler

I want to create a small little application that allow you to toggle mouse speed.

I.e you have a set speed and then if you want to be more precise you hold down some key and it takes down the speed for instance by half.

The preference box should allow you to specify:

Alternative mouse speed

Toggle Key (Keyboard)
