Woocommerce on top if it becomes ecommerce. React with Node if you want something fully custom and scalable long term. Either way SSL enabled, responsive across all devices, clean modular code and deployed live on your domain Timeline depends on the final scope but roughly scoping and direction first, mock-ups next, then development, testing and launch. For a straightforward site that's anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. More complex functionality like payments or user accounts adds time but we'll agree on milestones before anything starts so there are no surprises.
