Ivanti ITAM & ITSM Setup

We have just stood up a cloud-hosted Ivanti environment and I now need it brought to life. Within the IT Asset Management suite I want full enablement of Asset Discovery, Asset Management, and Software Asset Management so that every device, entitlement, and lifecycle status is captured automatically and displayed in clean dashboards. On the IT Service Management side, the goal is to have Incident, Change, and Problem Management configured end-to-end: forms, workflows, SLAs, email notifications, and role-based permissions. No external monitoring or ticketing integrations are required at this stage; everything is to run natively inside Ivanti. Deliverables • Asset Discovery scanning policies and CMDB population • Asset & Software Asset Management workflows, templates, and reports • Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes with SLA rules and approval flows • User roles, security settings, and email templates aligned to the above • Configuration documentation and a short hand-off session Acceptance criteria • All modules function in the SaaS tenant without errors • Sample assets populate correctly and transition through lifecycle states • Incidents auto-route by priority; changes follow approval path; problems link to known errors • Documentation is clear enough for our in-house team to maintain If you have hands-on experience with Ivanti Neurons, ITAM, and ITSM administration and can deliver the above within a concise timeline, let’s get started.
