About Us: We are a group of international companies active in MICE, tourism, media, hospitality, and technology. Across 5 businesses and 10+ ongoing projects, we’re managing around 20 team members in different departments worldwide. We are looking for a Business Administration & Project Management Specialist to help us build, organize, and streamline our company operations and reporting systems using ClickUp (or similar platforms). Your Role You will work directly with management to: Develop and implement a centralized company administration system in ClickUp (or recommend a better platform if suitable). Create clear processes, tracking boards, and reporting templates for all projects and employees. Support in team oversight, task assignment, and progress tracking. Set up automated reporting systems for performance, accounting inputs, and overall project KPIs. Help align sales, customer service, and accounting processes into one transparent workflow. Optimize communication and documentation between management and employees. What We Expect Proven experience in business administration, project management, or operations setup. Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Asana, [login to view URL], or similar tools. Strong understanding of reporting, KPI systems, and organizational structure design.
