Hi, Before touching any code I'd want to go through the GitHub repo history and branch structure, check who has access, and pull up the Railway project to see every environment variable and secret currently in use. I'd expect to find at least one stale API key or old collaborator access that should've been revoked already, that's pretty standard on projects that have grown organically. Once I've mapped all that out, I'll rotate anything that needs rotating without touching the live site, then set up a proper backup and branch workflow so future changes don't risk downtime.
