3 No. Identical commercial office buildings ( 3 floor over carpark) each building with a footprint of approx. 900 m square. the width of each building max 16-18 m . so the size of each building 60 m in length and 16 m in width. the space between the column 7.5 m and the span should be 16 m to prevent them from appearing in the middle of the car space. Also the slab , column and the beam should precast concrete and the slab prefer to be double tee. each park should be given this size 5m by 2.5 in each side of the building with 6 m between . for example 5m +6m (the space) + 5 m = 16m which is the width of the building. this is for the carpark .
