Cisco WS3750X Switch Factory Reset & Reprogramming

I need assistance with a Cisco WS3750X switch. I do not have a backup of the current configuration, so the switch will need a complete factory reset and reprogramming from scratch. I have tried to physically reset following Cisco documentation to no avail. The CLI consooe does not accept commands (shows only "4>"). Commands like flash_init only get a response of Flash_init Translating "flash_init"...domain server ([login to view URL]) Unknown command or [login to view URL] name So, I need someone who could help me get around this.
