J2 wire header would most likely be 2.54 mm through hole part that would be soldered by JLCPCB or just footprint (drill holes) where you would solder it by yourself. Do you need any mounting holes on PCB? Description says 2.54mm 1×10 header for Dupont wires (Raspberry Pi wiring) but it seems connections does not follow Raspberry Pi pinout, but probably it will be connected to matching Rpi pins by wires.
