Drone Footage Of Wedding Reception

I’m looking for a skilled drone operator to capture dynamic reception-only highlights for my upcoming wedding. The focus is on smooth, cinematic coverage of key moments as guests arrive, mingle, and celebrate. We have a few must-have shots: • Aerial fly-ins and pull-outs of the main entrance and exit points to showcase the décor and guest movement. • Continuous overhead tracking as we make our grand entrance and, later, our send-off. Beyond those entrance and exit sequences, you have creative freedom to follow the energy on the dance floor, at the bar, or wherever the action naturally unfolds. Stable 4K footage, natural colour profiles, and ambient audio capture are preferred so our editor can grade and mix everything seamlessly with ground cameras later. Please bring a reliable drone setup (DJI or comparable, with prop guards for indoor use if necessary), backup batteries, and a spotter for safety. Deliverables I need within one week of the event: 1. Raw 4K clips organised by timestamp or segment 2. One lightly-edited highlight reel (60–90 seconds) showing your favourite reception moments If weather or venue restrictions require alternate flight plans, let me know in advance; we have flexibility except for the entrance/exit shots, which are essential.
