The variety of frozen novelty products ranges from pudding-like opaque confection to ice-cream or frozen yogurt based products to fruit and juice bars. The composition can be sold in frozen form or, alternatively as a liquid at room temperature, which can be subsequently frozen prior to consumption. Bonjour, je suis Karène WOROU technicienne en nutrition et science agroalimentaire et j'ai au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans ce domaine. Le développement de nouveaux produit est ma plus grande spécialité. Depuis 3 ans je travaille sur le développement de nouveaux produits dont les confitures à base d'une plante très nutritives "le bissap" avec la société Alimentation2.0. 'J'ai eu à développé plusieurs recettes de cette confiture et actuellement les confitures de cette société sont actuellement vendu sur les marchés locaux. J'accompagne également une entreprise waxangari labs dans la mise au point de nouvelles formules de recettes pour des compotes de fruits fais exclusivement avec des ingrédients naturels pour des goûts plus frais et plus prononcés et des valeurs nutritives assez conséquentes. Toutes ces expériences m'amène à dire que j'ai maintenant 4 ans d'expérience dans le développement de nouveaux produits et la mise au point de ces recettes de glaces sont dans mon domaine de compétence. C'est offre est donc faite pour moi.
