Automation & AI Integration Automate Tender Processing with AI + [login to view URL] or Zapier Goal: Automatically create Executive summaries from an email for new tenders. Emails are received daily from a website that selects relevant tenders. The emails that arrive in an inbox are labeled separately so [login to view URL] can reach them. Make have to create a small list of those tenders and send me a list of all tenders (several fields like name of tender, value, contracting authority) for me to select which ones I want to receive executive summaries. After I make the selection, the [login to view URL] module will send it to OpenAI to create an executive summary according to my predefined chapters. That, the Executive summaries will be sent to me in an editable format (docx). Minimum suggested flow (just informative probably not complete): Gmail (Watch Emails) -> Iterator -> Text parser (match pattern) -> OpenAI -> Tools (text aggregator) ->Gmail (send an email) At the end of the flow I am expecting a well formatted Executive summary that ChatGPT currently is doing great but I need to automate the process.
