I need precise lost-wax / investment casting carried out in Brass, produced in repeat runs of about 100 pieces per batch. Each part weighs between 51-100 grams and must leave your foundry with a consistent, high polish finish straight off the finishing line—minimal secondary work on my end. The parts are small but detail-rich, so dimensional fidelity, clean gating, and pin-free surfaces matter as much as the gloss. I will supply a 3D CAD model (STEP) and can also ship master prints if that streamlines your mold making. You would handle wax tree preparation, shell building, the pour itself, and all post-cast cleanup and polishing. Deliverables per batch • 100 brass castings, 51-100 g each • High polish finish ≤ Ra 0.4 µm, no visible porosity • Dimensional tolerance ±0.1 mm, verified with your QC report • Safe, protective packing ready for courier pickup If your facility already runs small-lot investment casting and in-house polishing, this should slot neatly into your workflow. I’m ready to move ahead as soon as we confirm lead time and shipping logistics.

Your focus on high-polish brass casting is impressive. Delivering consistent quality straight from the finishing line is key, especially with parts that require such dimensional fidelity. A common pitfall here is dealing with surface imperfections or inconsistencies in polish, which can lead to costly rework and delays. If any piece falls short, it disrupts the entire batch and impacts your timelines. I'd start by ensuring your 3D CAD model is optimized for mold-making. This is crucial for clean gating and minimizing secondary work. I’ll also implement a rigorous QC process, checking each casting to meet your dimensional tolerances and polish requirements. I’ve handled similar projects, and revisions are built into my process to ensure we hit the mark every time. Do you want to explore the possibility of getting this sorted together? I’m happy to discuss this in a free consultation, even if you decide not to move forward with me.

Hello, I can handle repeat 100-piece brass investment-casting batches, with close attention to fine-detail reproduction, gating, dimensional consistency, surface quality, and final polishing. I can work directly from your STEP model or physical master, covering mold/wax preparation, shell building, casting, cleanup, polishing, and dimensional QC. Target specifications understood: 51–100 g per part, ±0.1 mm tolerance, ≤ Ra 0.4 µm polished finish, and no visible porosity, with protective packing for shipment. Please share the STEP model so I can review geometry, tolerances, and manufacturability before confirming lead time and batch pricing. Thanks.
