I am having the website moved to a new instance and the system admin guys have noticed that there is an issue with the cart. The issue is on the current site ([url removed, login to view]) and the new instance ([url removed, login to view]). The DNS will be changed shortly so please look at the new instance ([url removed, login to view]) to fix the issue - you may have to change your IP address / hosts file to point to the new instance before the DNS works it's way through.
The Cart issue: Customers cannot place orders with credit cards as the cart is taking too long:
When reaching the cart ([url removed, login to view]) the page visually loads but you can see bottom left a message saying 'connecting' and the browser tab is spinning - please see attached. After entering credit card details ('connecting' is still there) and pressing 'Confirm', the page does not move onto the next page ([url removed, login to view]) for at least 20 seconds but usually over 45 seconds. Customers are abandoning the cart.
Can you have a look please and see why the cart takes so long to load (...'connecting') and therefore cannot move onto the next page. Is there an issue with the ANZ payment client?
One comment from the System admin was:
"please note that we found at least one serious issue inside the shopping card code:
/home/glasses/[url removed, login to view], line 26:
This amount of memory is critically small for php script, so we commented it out. Please recheck the issue and let us know if it persists or not."

On the live site, you can use this test customer account to see the issue. You can enter any fake credit card details as this allows you to progress to the next screen:
user - kreece@[url removed, login to view]
pw - kevin
Thanks Gary, as you can imagine this is pretty URGENT as people can not pay with credit cards so pls let me know when you receive this and let me know when you can work on it.
