I am a contractor building a gabled patio cover. We plan to use Glulam Beams for the sides and one end with the other end connecting to an existing structure and intersecting the roof line. This structure will be approximately 21' in width and 22' in length. The length of the structure will intersect and existing brick wall and roofline making the ridge beam being 27-30 ft in length depending on overall final height of structure. I can draw up the plans but need to get detailed plans with building code and load considerations in place. Key Requirements: - Use of wood for the patio cover framework - Glulam beams, 8x8 (or larger) cedar posts and 4x6 cedar rafters - Roofing with shingles - Rustic design aesthetic Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in working with glulam beams and wood - Experience in load bearing requirements and code specifics - Strong understanding of rustic architectural styles and design integration Please provide examples of similar work and an estimated timeline for project completion.

Hello, I hope you are doing well. I can help develop detailed, permit-ready plans for your gabled patio cover, including structural layout, beam sizing considerations, post and rafter framing, roof integration with the existing brick wall and roofline, and code-compliant load analysis. I have experience with wood-framed outdoor structures using glulam beams, cedar posts, and traditional roofing systems, with careful attention to spans, connections, uplift, lateral stability, and practical constructability. I can also ensure the final design preserves the rustic aesthetic while remaining structurally efficient and ready for submission or construction. Typical turnaround time for an initial coordinated set is a few days after receiving site dimensions, photos, and your concept sketches. Thank you, Maxim.

Hi, I can create a clean and accurate 3D STL model of your radio bracket prototype from the provided picture. I will carefully interpret the image, recreate the mechanical geometry, and ensure the part is properly scaled, structured, and suitable for 3D printing or prototype review. My process focuses on functional accuracy, clean surfaces, and practical design details such as holes, bends, mounting points, and thicknesses. If needed, I can also suggest small improvements for strength, fit, or manufacturability while keeping the original design intent. I’m ready to review your reference image and begin modeling the bracket right away. Best regards, Justin
