Light Carpentry & Maintenance Support

I’m looking for a reliable tradesperson who can drop in when needed and handle a mix of light carpentry and general building upkeep around the property. The first priorities are door-related repairs—everything from rehanging or trimming swollen doors to replacing hinges, latches, and locks—and some small-scale framing work where interior studs or trim need to be rebuilt or strengthened. Beyond the carpentry, several walls have dings, cracks, and tired paint that need patching, sanding, and a fresh coat. At this stage I don’t require plumbing or electrical work, just solid painting and wall repairs carried out with care so the finish blends seamlessly with surrounding areas. You’ll need your own basic hand and power tools, an eye for detail, and the ability to source standard hardware or paint locally. If you can share before-and-after photos, a brief outline of materials, and an estimated timeframe for each task, that will help me schedule subsequent jobs.
