Video Editor for Up-and-Coming YouTube Channel

TEJATALKS is a fresh, up-and-coming YouTube channel (currently ~172 subscribers) dedicated to [your channel’s focus—e.g., motivational talks, tutorials, lifestyle content, storytelling, etc.]. Even though we're just getting started, we're fueled by passion, creativity, and purpose, and we’re looking for an editor who shares that spark. Majorly the channel is concentrated on Telugu content creation. A freelance video editor who is: Proficient with CapCut, InShot, VN, or similar mobile/desktop video editing tools. Creative and motivational-minded—i.e., someone who not only edits but enhances the energy and inspiration of the video. Skilled at crafting engaging visual storytelling, including pacing, transitions, text overlays, color grading, music sync, and subtle effects. Responsibilities: Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content (YouTube videos and Shorts). Maintain brand consistency in editing style (background music, fonts, transitions, mood). Suggest creative enhancements—e.g., captions, sound effects, or visual branding elements. Deliver videos by agreed-upon deadlines and incorporate feedback/iterations promptly. A collaborative, reliable communicator who takes initiative and brings fresh ideas to the table. Ideal Qualities: Motivated to grow alongside a channel—someone who gets excited about building a creative community. Adaptable and enthusiastic about experimenting with styles that connect with early-stage audiences. A proactive mindset: little gestures of improvement matter—like suggesting hook ideas or visual themes.
