VoIP Specialist for Call Center Optimization

Job Post: Caller ID & Dialer Reputation Manager (VoIP / Call Center) We run a high-volume outbound call center (60,000+ daily calls) and we are looking for an expert to manage our caller ID reputation, phone number rotation, and ReadyMode (predictive dialer) setup. Responsibilities • Manage and monitor phone number pools (currently ~200, scaling to 650+). • Implement and enforce daily call caps (100–120 calls per number). • Set up and optimize Caller ID Groups / Local Presence in ReadyMode. • Build or integrate automation scripts to: • Pause numbers that reach their daily limit. • Flag and rest numbers that become marked as “Spam Likely.” • Rotate new numbers with proper warm-up schedule (30 → 60 → 90 → 120). • Handle weekly registry appeals with Free Caller Registry, Hiya, TNSI, First Orion, Truecaller, Nomorobo. • Provide daily/weekly reports on caller ID reputation and call outcomes. Requirements • Proven experience with ReadyMode (XenCALL) or similar dialers (Five9, Convoso, VICIdial). • Deep understanding of caller ID reputation management and spam mitigation. • Familiarity with STIR/SHAKEN, Local Presence, and branded caller ID solutions (Numeracle, Neustar). • Ability to set up APIs / scripts for automation (Python, Node.js, or similar). • Strong English communication skills. Nice to Have • Experience working with high-volume telemarketing / lead generation operations. • Knowledge of U.S. telecom regulations (TCPA, DNC compliance). • Prior work with Reputation SaaS tools (CallerID Reputation, Numeracle, etc.). Deliverables • Stable dialing system with <3% spam flag rate. • Automated number management (caps, rotation, warm-up, rest cycles). • Weekly dashboard/report for management.
