I am seeking a bilingual customer support specialist fluent in both Spanish and English to handle phone, email, and live chat inquiries. The ideal candidate should be able to offer comprehensive support, ensuring customer satisfaction across all communication channels. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide customer support through phone, email, and live chat. - Offer solutions and assistance to customers in Spanish and English. - Handle inquiries with professionalism, aligning with our brand’s voice and customer service standards. **Working Hours:** - The support services are required for 5 hours daily. Flexibility in hours is appreciated to accommodate potential peak times. **Skills and Experience:** - **Language Proficiency:** Must be fluent in both Spanish and English. The ability to switch seamlessly between languages to assist customers is crucial. - **Customer Service Experience:** Previous experience in a customer support role is highly desirable. Familiarity with best practices in phone, email, and live chat support is a plus. - **Tech Savvy:** Competence in using customer support software and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools. - **Problem-Solving Skills:** Should possess strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively and efficiently. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, be team-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.
