Structural Drafting for Civil Project

I have a civil engineering project that now requires a professionally drafted structural drawing set. The architectural layout and key dimensions are already settled; what’s missing is a clean, permit-ready package that clearly communicates every load-bearing element. Scope The work is strictly structural. No mechanical or electrical layers are needed—just the plans that show how the building stands up. Your task is to translate the provided sketches and notes into clear, consistent CAD drawings that comply with typical industry standards. Deliverables • Foundation plan • Floor framing plan • Roof framing plan Each sheet should be fully dimensioned, include member sizes and call-outs, and be formatted for both PDF review and a native CAD file (DWG or a comparable format). If Revit, Tekla, or another BIM tool is your preference, that’s fine as long as the end files can be exported to a standard CAD format for my engineer of record. Once the initial draft is ready, I’ll review and mark up any tweaks—usually one revision cycle does it. When everything aligns with the notes, submit the final, layered CAD files and printer-ready PDFs.
