Designing a home appliance that is both prototype-ready and suitable for future mass production requires much more than creating an attractive enclosure. The internal architecture, manufacturability, and feature history must all be planned from the beginning. My approach is to first review your sketches and requirements, then create a fully parametric assembly with logical internal layouts for PCB mounting, fasteners, service access, and component clearances. Throughout the design process I will apply DFM principles, including appropriate wall thicknesses, draft angles, fillets, fastening methods, and assembly tolerances. I have extensive experience designing mechanical products for prototyping and production, including electronic enclosures, industrial equipment, and functional assemblies intended for 3D printing and manufacturing. My models are organized, feature-based, and easy to modify as the design evolves. Deliverables include: • Native CAD assembly and part files • STEP and IGES exports • 2D manufacturing drawings with exploded views • High-quality rendered images • Design documentation • Up to two revision rounds This proposal is based on the current project description.
