Redesign Existing Circuit Schematic & PCB with Modern Components

I have an existing schematic and PCB design that work as intended, but the circuit is outdated. My goal is to re-engineer the schematic and PCB using today’s modern, reliable, and readily available components so that the design is more compact, efficient, and robust. I have attached a JPG image of the current schematic for reference, so you can review it before bidding. You are free to migrate the design into your preferred CAD tool Altium, KiCad, Eagle, or similar, as long as the finished source files are included. Component selection is flexible; I have no allegiance to any particular vendor or series, provided that the parts are modern, cost-effective, and available from major distributors (Digi-Key, Mouser, LCSC, etc.). Avoid using SMDs, through hole components only. Use single 36v power supply. Deliverables Updated schematic showing all revised parts and values Optimised PCB layout ready for fabrication (Gerber, drill, silk screen, mask, etc.) Complete manufacturer-ready BOM with alternates for critical parts Brief report summarizing: • Key improvements made (compactness, reliability, part availability) • Justification for component choices Acceptance Criteria Redesigned board must remain functionally identical to the original while achieving better compactness and reliability. All project files must be delivered: schematic, PCB layout, Gerber, drill, and BOM. Design should follow professional PCB layout standards (signal integrity, grounding, manufacturability, etc.).
