The design relies on a small piston housed in a vacuum chamber; a fingertip-sized button on top pulls air out, drawing the contents toward the nozzle so virtually nothing is wasted. Plastic is the chosen material because it keeps tooling costs down and supports high-volume injection molding, yet still lets us integrate the moving piston, seal, and one-way valve in a single part. I’d like your help turning the concept sketches into production-ready CAD, complete with tolerances, assembly notes, and bill of materials. SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar parametric software is ideal, as I’ll need native files plus STEP/IGES exports for manufacturers.
