My process: source or build the 460cm water jet car hull (top and bottom separately), section it every 10cm front to rear, and export each cross-section as a clean 1:1 scaled DXF, closed polylines only, ready to drop straight into CNC without cleanup. One thing: your message references an attached illustration file, but I don't see it on my end. Could you resend it, and also confirm whether you already have a specific GrabCAD model in mind or want me to select one that fits.
