I need a photorealistic 3D digital twin of an entire additive-manufacturing plant, created directly inside Siemens NX so I can run end-to-end process simulations and generate virtual toolpaths without jumping between platforms. What matters most is accuracy: every printer, robot, conveyor, sensor and work-cell must look and behave exactly as it does on the shop floor, down to realistic textures, kinematics and collision envelopes. The core objective is reliable simulation of manufacturing processes; once the twin is live I will drive “what-if” studies for throughput, ergonomics and safety, then export validated toolpaths straight from the model.
