Job Title :- Corian CNC 3D designer (ArtCAM Expert) Company :- NM ENTERPRISES (Corian Mandir Manufacturing and all type of interior and office work) Job Location :- Laxmi Nagar, Delhi Job Description :- we are looking for a creative and technically proficient 3D designer to specialised in the design and fabrication of Corian products. Key responsibilities :- 3D Relief Creation: Use ArtCAM to transform 2D images, photos, or sketches into high-quality 3D reliefs and sculptural panels. • Vector Design: Create and refine complex 2D vector layouts in AutoCAD or CorelDraw for CNC processing. • Backlit Art (Lithophanes): Design specialized "light-pass" carvings that utilize Corian’s translucency for illuminated wall art. • Toolpath Optimization: Generate and simulate G-code, selecting appropriate bits (V-bits, ball-nose) and feed rates to ensure a smooth, "sanding-ready" finish. • Material Management: Perform nesting and layout to maximize sheet yield and minimize waste of expensive solid surface materials. • Technical Validation: Adjust design depths to maintain material structural integrity and prevent "burn-through" or cracking. Technical skills required- ArtCAM Mastery: Advanced knowledge of relief layering, sculpting tools, and texture generation. • Software Suite: Proficiency in AutoCAD, CorelDraw, and Rhino 3D (or similar CAD software). • CNC Logic: Deep understanding of toolpath strategies (Area Clearance, 3D Z-Level Finishing, and Engraving). • Material Knowledge: Expertise in the physical properties of Corian, specifically regarding its thermal expansion and bonding seams.
