Job Post: Mechanical Engineer Needed for Product Development & Design I am seeking an experienced mechanical engineer to collaborate with me on the development of an innovative new product within the civil construction and infrastructure industry. This opportunity involves taking a concept from idea stage through to detailed design, prototyping, and preparation for manufacturing. The product is intended to solve a persistent challenge faced by contractors in the field, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and environmental compliance. What I Am Looking For: Strong background in mechanical engineering design (preferably with experience in civil, infrastructure, or industrial products). Ability to produce CAD models, technical drawings, and design for manufacture (DFM). Knowledge of materials, structural integrity, and fluid/water-related product applications is highly desirable. Experience in prototyping and liaising with manufacturers is a plus. A collaborative partner who can work closely with me to refine the product for practical field use.
