Assembly Manual Creation for Product

I need an engineer or someone mechanically inclined to help me create assembly instruction manuals for a product I've had manufactured in China. The task involves: - Watching videos explaining how the product is assembled and transcribing this into text. - Using provided photos and drawings to illustrate the manuals. - Designing basic instruction manuals with a text-photo combination. - Creating three manuals for three different product models. Once a template is created for the first manual, we can modify it for the other two to expedite the process. Each manual is expected to be 2-3 pages long, depending on photo and diagram sizes. You will need great computer skills and a good eye for detail. The goal is to complete this project together within one week.
